Mnemonic: order of em wave

Hi guyz.. This one thing i made long ago.. with my friend...
It is the em wave... in order of increasing frequency(decreasing wavelength)...
Radiowaves
Microwaves
Infra red waves
Visible region
Ultraviolet waves
X-rays
Gamma waves
Cosmic waves

I memorised it as..
RaM Is Very Upset about eX-Girlfrend's Child.
The capitals signify the first letters of the em waves...

mnemonic: Courtesy my little brain

hey, here is a tuff one..

for clotting factors present in blood in order...

very very useful though..

and the mnemonic is...

Four Policemen Taking CLUeS ASPHaLt .. plzz remember to insert a C b/w A and S in asphalt....

blood's 13 clotting factors in order ...these are actually denoted by the roman numerals...Factor I , Factor II etc.. upto factor XIII ...
Fibrinogen
Prothrombin
Thromboplastin
Ca++
Labile factor / proaccelerin
Unidentified
stable factor/ Serum prothrombin convergen factor/ proconvertin
Anti haemophilic factor-A (AHF-A)
Chrismas factor / (AHF-B)/ Plasma thromboplastin component
Stuart factor
Plasma thromboplastin antecedent (PTA) or AHF-C
hageman factor / glass factor / contact factor
Laki-Lorand factor / fibrinase / Fibrin stabilising factor..
its most difficult thing to memorise in AIPMT syllabus according to me...

mnemonic: insects legs part in order

Kaunsa truck from tibet tar arunachal ko lata hai??

Coxa , trochanter , femur, tibia, tarsus , arolium, claw ( insect's leg parts in order )

ear ossicles- a modification

there are 3 ear ossicles which are modifications of different bones

1- M.A.- master of arts or malleus is d modification of articular bone

2- I.Q.- incus is d modification of quadrate bone

3- SHM- stapes is d modification of hyomandibular bone...

horse evolution: a mnemonic

i have come up with yet another mnemonic...

i guess u must have tried to mug up the horse's evolutionary line... which sits there for a month in ur brain and then dissappears...

so, here is a mnemonic....

OMi Mia ka Prime Minister Platform Goda( or horse or equus instead of Goda )

which stands for

Orohippus

Mesohippus

Miohippus

Parahippus

Merychippus (calllipus)

Plieohippus

Equus

dont forget to add hyracothecium at the start..

TCA cycle by mnemonics.... its fun...

i'll present another mnemonic.. very fine one that i came up with... ( that should be decided by you)...
Citric acid cycle ....
citric acid ---> cis-aconitic acid----> isocitric acid--(NAD ---> NADH2) --> oxalosuccinic acid (OSA) --> alpha-ketoglutaric acid (@-KGA)
--(NAD --->NADH2)-> succinyl coA ,---> succinic acid ------> fumaric acid ------> malic acid --(NAD--->NADH2)--> oxalo acetic acid (OAA)----> again citric acid....
and to complicate things ( not actually !!!) in some steps NADH2 is formed, and in some FADH2 is formed.....
so.. here is my mnemonic...
Commonly, All sisters Isolate OSAma's KG- amputates Sharply Suceeding in Filming Meteorates (actually meteorites) Ascending only above...
now..plzz note that whenver a word ends with -ate here, in that step, NADH2 is formed.....that
here... Commonly - citric acid
All sisters = aconitic acid cis form
Isolate - isocitric acid....
OSAma = oxalosuccinic acid
KG-amputate = @-KGA
Sharply= succinyl coA
suceeding = succinic acid
filming = fumaric acid...
metoerate = malic acid

only ascending above = OAA

hope it helps...
